Hey I’m just saying….. But teachers deserve more money!
How many of you have been doing home schooling over the last couple months?
It’s F#@king hard work!
There has been days where I have really struggled with some of the work, struggled with my daughter’s 3 second attention span, struggled with my my attention span.
One day I spent an hour trying to do a grade 3 maths challenge….Seriously!
I have a sister who is a teacher and for years I used to laugh when she told me about how hard it was some days to keep 30 kids interested and eager to learn. I used to think to myself…. Ha, you work 6 hours a day 5 days a week and you get shitloads of time off each year.
To my sister and all the teachers out there I apologise and I really admire your career choices.
I will vote for any government that immediately doubles teachers wages.
