Woody’s Words – Week 57 – Be Careful Where you Park – Safety Talks – Safety Videos

Woody's Words

Woody the Safety Bloke & Safety Annie highlight the impact parking in disabled spaces has.

Hey everyone, Woody again. Hey listen, I just come up to local shopping center with my daughter, (say hi Annie).

Annie: Hi.

Anyhow, that’s my car parked over there, in the wheelchair spot. But look what’s parked next to me in the wheelchair space – a van that’s loading some stuff into one of the local shops.

Now look, don’t get me wrong, I know this bloke’s got to do his job, but the other spots are all full. So if I came up and he was parked in that spot, I’d be pretty pissed off. So just think about where you park and even if it’s only for a couple of minutes, someone that needs a little bit more might be a little bit cross with you. All right, stay safe Australia.
