It’s that time again where Easter is upon us.
For many, it’s a time to catch up with family and friends which may include taking advantage of the long weekend or school holidays to get away for a few days or longer.
Speaking from experience of leading large teams, the lead-up to this period can have us not fully focused on the job at hand when at work. Naturally, we are looking forward to a well-earned break so our minds can wander off thinking about all the great things we are going to be doing during the Easter break. Unfortunately this reduced focus on what we are doing can potentially lead to workplace accidents.
Please remember this Easter, whilst objects that break at work can be fixed or replaced, PEOPLE cannot be replaced.
During the lead-up to this Easter long weekend and school holidays, please be present at work so you can enjoy your time with your family and friends.
